How did it start?

This week in ‘How did it start?’ join Max Murphy while he unveils the harsh reality of teenage smokers!

Max Murphy is an award winning presenter who has featured in countless television shows over the years and has built up such a great fan base he now has his very own show on channel 5.

“So Max, how does it feel to have your own show on channel 5 and what will it be about?”

“It’s a great feeling, it’s exciting, a new challenge every week that will be shared with all of you. The whole idea of the show is to unveil the root cause of some of the UKs biggest problems like drug use, drug dealing, and gang violence; this week it will be about teenage smoking.”

“What did you discover whilst filming this episode?”

“Well I can’t reveal that of course, you’ll have to watch this week to find that out. I can say that it is shocking how many teenagers regularly smoke and what a large scale it is on, and how little parents really know about their own children. It really was hard filming this episode as it is such young people, they’ve got their whole lives ahead of them and don’t understand what harm they’re doing to themselves. For those viewers that have children, this will be really eye opening and quite hard to watch but also interesting and helpful to raise awareness to the problem. “

“In this episode we meet a young group of youths, on a college break and get to know them and when we ask them why they smoke we are genuinely taken back by their responses, I’m sure it will really hit home for a lot of you viewers. This week is definitely worth watching, especially for all you parents out there”
